Ladies Only Kick Boxing is a non-contact kickboxing fitness class. This will help increase your muscle tone, Lose weight and improve your fitness and stamina. They are high energy classes to music where no class is the same.
We also cover Self defence techniques that are simple and straight to the point. You will notice your self confidence increase due to being in shape and enhancing your knowledge of protecting yourself.
These classes are also a great way to socialise and make new friends.
